This podcast has quickly become my new favorite! Sam is so eloquent and has a knack for putting things into words in a way that just click— I am constantly taking notes! The conversations are engaging, energizing and entertaining, and I feel motivated and inspired after listening. A must listen for someone looking to explore inwardly and live a more connected, present and authentic life.

I absolutely love Sam’s podcast! She is beyond insightful and really brings a playfulness to deep topics that could otherwise be heavy to process. Truly wish I had heard her “calling off my wedding” podcast years ago but so healing to hear her journey!
