    Why Can't I Be Me?

    Life’s tough and the emotional tides we go through doesn’t make it any easier.  No wonder we feel outcasted when we have a mood or emotion that doesn’t fit into what we see as normal After all, you’re not supposed to be, do or act any other way, right? Well I have a question for you: Can someone please tell me what is normal? No one person can define the term normal because it isn’t the same for everyone. And that’s the very problem with today’s mainstream thinking and modern medicine.  Anything that falls outside their realm is classified as wrong. Well I’m here to tell you, you’re fine the way you are and don’t ever change unless change is needed.     Is Life Death or is Death Life

    To truly understand the biology of the body, we need to tap into the unknown, the unseen that carries the energy we call life and death. In this podcast segment, I am going to explain the death/life concept simplistically and in a manner you would never think of which will by the way, take the stinger out of the word death and make it shall I say, a bit more inviting, more comforting. Why are we afraid of something we know nothing about? Our assumption of death is based on fear because we do not understand it. Little do we know, the process of death and life occurs everyday as an automatic response of the biology of the body and it doesn’t ask for help. If your goal is to live a healthy long life, then we need to understand what promotes life. Consciousness is the tool we must use to reassemble our thoughts of the way we think regarding the death/life cycle. Fear not the word death for there is nothing to fear. Life exists as you know it through death . Let’s dive into this magical place and explore the gift it has to offer us, LIFE.
