Embracing our Goddess Journey to Truth

Embracing our Goddess Journey to Truth

In today’s episode we are joined by my dear friend, Tianna Collins, founder of CARDYoga, Goddess, Queen, Yoga Lover, photographer, and artist. Tianna takes us on her vulnerable journey to connecting with her truth and how she now helps other goddesses do the same.

We discuss how to show up at this moment in time, the importance of cultivating love and compassion for ourselves, setting boundaries, clearing space, the aspect of oneness, embracing our diversity, and embarking on the journey through the darkness to get to the light.

These times are challenging us all in different ways. Tianna encourages dropping the judgement on ourselves and others, and going inward. Change starts within and with us.

"I can’t help but to feel the vibrations in the world both low and high...it’s like we are all connected. Connected in mind, connected in energy and connected in love. Could it be possible that your pain and your happiness vibrate in my soul and is it possible that when one of us looses we all loose, which in turn means that when one of us wins, we all win. The Possibilities Seem Endless if we continue to choose love, peace and positive vibrations for ourselves. I often turn inward when the chaos around me is too intense, too painful, too false, too real...and just sit down and BE. Be in the silence. Be in the space. Be Me...still and quiet. Inhale Exhale Love." -Tianna Collins
