I've followed Daryl thru his many teaching programs (webinars, ABR work, Spooning a Bear book), and love his down to earth view of the intersection of people and wildlife. The banter between the hosts is interesting. (Note to Daryl and Stephanne - the discussions can get a bit too personal, as in they are not including the audience.)
Overall, these episodes are discussions from people who have done the real work of wildlife management, in many different phases. They are not presented as scientific lectures - they are presented as things us common people can understand and learn from.
Suggestion for the hosts - present the findings from the ABR release study to discuss the impact of proper rehab and also the importance of doing studies to make sure what is being done is a proper use of limited funds.
