    Have you been a human being? Then you’ve probably experienced heartbreak, grief, and disappointment! this episode will help you bring more intentionality and soften those edges with not only your creative practice itself but with the meaning making and peace that can come from coloring these experiences with intention instead of just reaction. This episode is very personal and hitting close to home because I’m experiencing a heartbreak that feels super devastating to me, even if I feel like from the outside it shouldn’t be as big a deal to me as it is. I had to end a friendship, partially because of my own mistakes. And so when we talk about living a wildly creative life, you know I include everything in that, and a huge part of this is intentionality.
