    Emotionally Massaged

    This episode focuses on my experience with Holo-tropic breath work. I give a short explanation of the practice from a technical standpoint and then dive into my own personal exposure and experience. It’s been a very transformative and positive addition to my journey toward self improvement so I’d highly recommend it to anyone. With that being said there are certain limitations and risks associated with practices such as these and you as an individual have to do your own due diligence as well as consult with yourself internally as to whether or not this is something that your into and that it is right for you to be doing. I say this only as a disclaimer. Even though I fully endorse this practice based on my own experience I can’t speak to how it will effect anyone else. There is also a short story telling segment in this episode, reminiscent of the first episodes where that was the main focus of the podcast. Feel free to reach out and shares your thoughts, feedback, comments, and opinions. If there’s anything that your interested in hearing more or less about let me know. Also if you feel that the general direction of the podcast is working or not give me a shout as well. I’m enjoying this way of approaching the podcast personally because its less dependent of having readily available story based content and more on what’s on my mind at the point in time I record the episodes.     Stairway to Heaven

    This episode focuses on the the attribution and distribution of value. We as individuals are presented with a choice. Where do we place our value? In people, things, or in the immaterial? I believe that we have the ability to periodically reallocate our base store of value into a variety of places. Whether we choose to spread that value thin over many things or to focus it on a select few or even laser in onto a single thing. This would be best described as a prioritization of value.     This is my first episode back after a six month hiatus. The focus is on the budding rise of the psychedelic mental health industry.     This is a continuation of the previous episode discussing nakedness and vulnerability. The second part focuses on the physical aspect of these concepts as well as the relationship between nudity and sexuality. Also included are investigations into perceiving and being perceived, concealment, insecurities, fear, choice of clothing as a psychological weapon or armor, the societal spectrum of regulation of nudity,and the direction/expression of creative sexual energy.
