    Ella Dooly, Ruby Fanning, Giorgi Herterich & Keelan Maloney are all members of T Bay Surf Club in Tramore, Co. Waterford. Thanks to their outstanding performances in competitions this year, they have been selected to join the Irish Team who will travel to Punta Rocas in Peru to represent Ireland at the ISA World Junior Surfing Games.     This is a special episode. Win Win started during lockdown as a way to provide additional content to my students while working remotely. So far pisodes are recorded online but now with restrictions lifted, I was able to use the radio studio in WIT to record in-person with not one, but 3 student guests to discuss their placement experience! Sarah (Health & Exercise) worked with community-based chronic illness rehabilitation service ExWell.     4th year Nutrition & Exercise student Ethan O'Halloran recently completed his placement working behind the scenes on RTE's Operation Transformation. Under the supervision of the show's dietician Aoife Hearne, Ethan's main job was planning the meals for each of the leaders across the 8 weeks of the show. Ethan also planned and assisted in the direction of food photo shoots, where digital content was created for the viewers to follow.
