I recorded this episode about 3 weeks into the ‘shelter in place’ order in Georgia (USA) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Being alone forced me to look at myself and admit that busyness wasn’t why I hadn’t started my podcast; it was fear.
Laugh at yourself. It makes making mistakes a lot easier to handle.
Done is better than perfect.
Try your best to push out the voices telling you you’re not good enough and do it anyway. You’ll get better with practice.
If you hear a pause in the episode, I am most likely taking a sip of whatever adult bev is the highlight of the episode.
