EP 89 - Hoka Half Marathon Recap with Matt Gore
In this episode, we caught up with Matt Gore to recap the Sydney Hoka Half Marathon, where Matt ran 69:57, taking 2 minutes off his PB, and coming in 5th place. Luke also ran 72:06, taking 40 seconds off his PB, and coming 10th place. We also spoke about some of the training that led up to these performances.

Ant also shared his inspiring road to recovery from a near death snowboarding accident, which occurred in the build up to the Chicago Marathon in July 2023.

EP 86 - Matthew Ho - 1st Place Canberra Marathon 2024
Matt is a very talented member of DELTA Running Project with personal bests of 14:53 in the 5k, 31:35 in the 10k, 1:09 in the half marathon and 2:28:00 in the marathon. In this episode, we spoke about his recent first place finish at the Canberra marathon where he ran 2:32:13. We also spoke about Matts experience balancing family life (raising 6 kids), a busy work schedule and running.

In this episode, we recapped Doms recent trip to Tasmania, where he raced the Kunanyi Mountain Run, competing in multiple events over 3 days, including the Vertical Kilometre, 9km, and 25km races. We also discussed the last 2 weeks of training, including a fun day out at Rhodes Parkrun, where many DELTA squad mates took home 5k personal bests.
