It’s a good listen for those that have lost their mothers as well as those that have lost others close to them, and friends of those that have lost their mothers. I look forward to listening every week. Loryn and Alexis do a wonderful job keeping the listener engaged and provide great advice to others while they are still trying to figure it out themselves.

I haven’t lost my mom but I lost an important woman in my life. This has been refreshing to know the grief process is a marathon not a race. The chemistry between Alexis and Loryn is obvious. Both navigate a typically “avoided” topic and approach it like discussing the weather. They discuss losing their moms but it’s not uncomfortable. It’s like you’re chatting with your friends (even though you’re a listener) about a heavy topic but you find yourself laughing, crying, and so much more with them! It’s only been a few episodes but I can’t wait to hear more!
