    As I began my journey of self-development, I had to understand that the ideas in my head may not be as useful as I thought. They simply accumulated overtime from the environment that I was in. A sudden realization that my mind was full of garbage struck me hard. A mind full of negative beliefs can be described as a dirty kitchen that needs serious cleaning, but it’s quite difficult to begin to clean.
