Women Making Moves is a podcast that celebrates the moves that women are making on a local, regional, national, and global level. There are collective shifts happening in the world on an energetic level and as the divine feminine rises, the imbalanced masculine will feel pinched. The ask is that we create the balance we've never seen in this lifetime. The women showcased in this podcast have carved their own path in their unique brilliance shining their light for all to see. They're showing "how" we create the balance we yearn for, and there is no one answer. We celebrate these trailblazers, pioneers, goddesses, entrepreneurs, and unique spirits as they're claiming what success can look like in a world that is hurting.

    Mary Waweru is a global anti racism leader, she helps people to understand their role in participating in the oppressive systems, far beyond gender. A champion for Africa, she creates community to share dialogue, experiences of, and progression with African women for all of the people of Africa. Amy and Mary discussed their roles and experiences, with a focus on addressing systemic issues and promoting cultural and spiritual inclusion. They also explored their differing approaches to combating racism, emphasizing the importance of understanding one's role in conversations and the need to focus on dismantling systems and attitudes rather than targeting individuals. She is former assistant of Harvey Weinstein and shares the 20+ year journey of silence to advocacy. She had stood ironclad in her NDA, silenced, but not benefitting from hush money in any way from 1998 to 2019, never revealing her name...until an empowered, powerful, incredible group of women helped her to say Rowena Chiu, #MeToo. Amy and Rowena discussed their concerns about the future of women in America, particularly in light of recent political events, and the societal pressure on women to minimize their voices and experiences. They also shared personal experiences of sexual assault and harassment, emphasizing the importance of honest language and the need for societal reform to achieve true equity for women. Heliana Ramirez, PhD, LISW is an expert in workplace trauma specializing in racism and LGBTQ vehemently advocating toward all humans having the ability to feel into the full expression of themselves in all spaces they wish to enter. In this episode, Heliana shares an extremely unique and groundbreaking study that she's been working on - workplace trauma to a fetus while in utero. Having her own child that was impacted by workplace abuse while in utero, she is now researching more cases in which workplace abuse leads to miscarriage, stillbirth, or longterm impacts to the child.
