For one, Ursula is a great interviewer. It is easy to follow along and to get sucked into the conversations. She also has wonderful gets on her show....I mean, who doesn't like to listen to Prince Ea and Seth Godin :) . Very inspiring, impactful podcast. I highly recommend it.
