97: This feels important! (Show announcement)

Kari has a special announcement - she’s launched a new show! It’s called This Feels Important and it’s an exploration into the hairy, scary, weird, and sometimes orgasmic journey of navigating our ever-evolving relationships to self, others, and the world around us.
Your hosts, Kari Keating and Tory Dube - along with a lineup of epic guests - open the floor for honest discussions about the taboo feels (sex! money!), the painful feels (miscarriages! divorce! grief!), and the fun feels (psychedelics! sex again!) that are inevitable, necessary and freaking important as we all navigate the highs, lows and in-betweens of the human experience.
To highlight the next evolution of Kari, Work Hard Mom Hard is putting a spotlight on the first episode. In the inaugural episode, Kari and Tory share their inspiration for the podcast (hint: they went through some things), their intentions for this new exploration, and the one thing they hope you will gain from joining them. Let’s start the feels!

Need/love this, worth every minute

I mean this is worth all the minutes of tune in time! I love my earbuds even MORE because they bring me YOU in my head!! Will be listening indefinitely!

Sofi Bee ,

Incredible Mama!

Kari is incredible, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to really change their life. I've worked together with Kari at Brand Camp for a week, and I have already seen significant changes in the short amount of time that I spent with her.

Kari really helped me navigate through all my goals, and get them all prioritized. Like most other women, I have a lot of responsibility and things to stay on top of: (motherhood, self-confidence, stress, family, friendships, relationships, nutrition, balancing life's demands, etc.)

Gretchen Schultek ,

Incredible message by a wonderful soul

Kari is a wise mentor who is willing to be bold and vulnerable at the same time. Her stories and truths are life-giving. I have binged every episode and am full of action tips and encouragement to become my very best. Kari has gone the extra mile for me personally and I’m forever grateful. Excellent podcast and host!
