    Be coachable

    When someone gives you advice, the best you can do is to try it. That is, if you assess that it's good advice, of course.     Collaborate, don't compete

    Collaborating is a simple yet powerful strategy that I've been using to help my work-life balance (and also because it comes naturally to me). I can 100% recommend it for everyone. A collaborative environment is always better than one where everyone ruthlessly competes.     Choose your students wisely

    Today's episode can be summarised by a universal truth I learnt from others; let go to let in. And that's why it was difficult to talk about. It wasn't difficult to talk about the idea; it was difficult because it's a sensitive topic. So power through the examples, stay open-minded, and when you get to the end, you'll get the hopefully quite powerful wrap-up. Because, for a good work-life balance, you need to work with the people who are the right fit for you, as well as you are the right fit for them.
