    Chad Brignac had a 3 decade career working on multi-million dollar projects in construction. He's led teams as big as 150 people. He had strained family relationships. The worst part was, as bad as things got, Chad still didn't understand he was the primary cause of the dysfunction in his life. But after Chad had insight into who he was in Christ, chad was able to be broken down, so he could be built up, in the right way. Now, instead of fear dictating Chad's life and causing destruction, his confidence in his identity in Christ has made him much more unshakeable. Not only has Chad's family life greatly improved as he's rebuilt great relationships with his children, but he's carried much of this into his purpose and calling in life and business.
