    Working hard doesn't have to mean sacrificing your mental health, peace, and sanity. In episode 02 of Work & Progress, I take you along the ways in which I actively chose balance between working hard, while also being a regular teenager that enjoys my free time and doesn't overly exhaust myself. Considering that productivity and self development can often be considered toxic, it is important to look beneath the surface and find the true purpose of it all, without allowing yourself to be consumed by the toxic elements that have developed from it. It is possible to work towards the success that you want to achieve without succumbing to the toxic rules determined by others on how exactly you should go about "working hard".
