Great episode! I’ve listened to Rani’s podcasts many times and thought about writing a review, but never got around to it. But today’s visit with Martha Aviles prompted me to take time. Rani brings on interesting people with noteworthy experiences to share, and Martha was especially interesting. Plus she is articulate and sounded very comfortable in the podcast conversation setting. Rani does two other things of note in her podcasts. She doesn’t overtalk the guest. She asks thoughtful questions and let’s the listener hear the guest fully. Finally Rani has the guest get a few word descriptions of themselves from friends. That is always a fun moment of sharing with the guest. Love this podcast.
