Imagine if everyone wrote a book; and detailed these things as well as their deepest thoughts, their most profound of considerations, and the connections they draw between things that give them their unique perspectives of the essence of being.     Practice.

    Practice is what we do, what we say, and what we think. It's at the heart of it all whether you realize it or not. As frustrating as it can be to hear, it is all a choice - even if only by default of not making a different choice. Today I get personal on some of practices, and a storyline on where I'm at in my life. Enjoy! :)
