Creating The Expansive Space To Hear Your Intuition Speak

Creating The Expansive Space To Hear Your Intuition Speak

"I want to help people reconnect with their intuition - their inner guidance system.  Right now, there's a disconnect between the head and the soul. I think we need to bring people back to a space where they can reconnect with the voice that is their own."

Do you want to connect more deeply with the voice within so you can feel guided by intuition and create a life that feels more aligned with your desires?

If so, this episode is for you. Vipul Bhesania is the host of the Know Your Legacy podcast, author of ‘Searching in Silence’ and a seeker of truth. As a coach and healer, he connects with people on an authentic level by stirring conversations that invite us to go beneath the surface of day-to-day reality. He creates space for souls to explore and rediscover themselves to become aligned to who they really are.

Tune into this episode to hear us explore:
Purpose as a fluid energy and how it shifts over time. How Vipul's journaling turned into a book. Cultivating the trust to follow your intuition. What is intuition and what does it feel like? Creating a life that's true to you. Why writing by hand may be better than writing on a phone or computer. Dialing up the inner voice and turning down the external clutter so you can hear the soul speak. "You don't need to know all the answers. You just need to know what to do next. Your intuition will tell you if you have enough space to hear it."
The power of doing things that feel good without any expectation of an outcome. Synchronicities. The powerful story of how Vipul met his mentor.Who you are when everything is stripped away. Why happiness and joy are indicators that we're on the right path.  How to cultivate a deeper relationship with journaling so you can express your soul whispers. Emptying yourself to create space for deeper wisdom to come through. How the right questions create gateways into your soul. And more...If you're ready to find the voice within, use self-expression as a catalyst, and tap into the potency of questions, tune in now.

    This week's journaling prompt.
Whose voice has been guiding your life so far?

"I don't have a structure to journaling. I allow whatever is inside of me to come out on the paper so I can feel free on the inside and reflect on what's actually happening."

The Unexpected Secret To Doing Great Work In The World

The Unexpected Secret To Doing Great Work In The World

This week's episode is inspired by a quote I found from Meister Eckhart - a 14th-century Christian Mystic.

    He said this...

"The outer work can never be small
if the inner work is great.
And the outer work can never be great,
if the inner work is small."

In other words, our inner work is a catalyst for more impact - which is why I'm excited to spark this conversation about what's possible when you get curious about who you are on the inside.

    Enjoy :-)

"When we make the decision to really know ourselves, we open up new levels of self-empowerment - because YOU are the blank canvas in your life... You are the common denominator."

In this week's episode, we explore:
The dance of inner exploration and outer expression. What happens if our inner work is shallow and superficial. What is inner work? Building a relationship with your essence. Learning how to make decisions that empower your best self. "Your inner world is as vast, as expansive, as exponential, and as unexplored and unchartered as the outside universe."
The power of cultivating deeper roots. Depth as the antidote to superficiality & information overload. Creating space to hear our own voice and our inner wisdom. Inner work as a catalyst for your best self. The real prize of inner journey work. And more...If you have a desire to be more impactful in your life, inner work is the key. This is why I'm such an advocate for deep-dive living. When we allow ourselves to create an expectation of depth, we open up a new experience of life...

An experience, which ultimately creates space for our best self to thrive.
    This week's journaling prompt.
Where are you setting for superficiality in your life and why?

"The inner work empowers you to be more intentional and purposeful. it empowers you to be in choice  - so you can be responsive and not reactive."
