Confidence is Not Arrogance. I Like Me. Do You Like You?

Confidence starts from within and stems from knowing who you are and liking every bit of yourself. In this episode, Christina explores how it feels to be unapologetically confident and how it impacts how others perceive us. Christina urges everyone, especially women, to start carrying the idea of saying "I like me" to yourself simply because you are enough, and no one else can take that away from you but yourself.

Is Being Grateful Enough? Where Gratitude & Unsatisfaction Collide

Is Being Grateful Enough? Where Gratitude & Unsatisfaction Collide

In this episode, Christina is reframing gratitude and talks about how it is when being grateful isn't enough for us to be satisfied with how we live our lives. Although we're thankful for the family, friends, and things around us that make us whole, there is that reality that there is a certain part of your life solely for you. That part of you that yearns to be the best that you can be for yourself and that makes you want to do more and evolve as you take on this path that we call life.

Friendly insight

I love Christina’s messages of insight, reflection without trying to be perfect. She teaches to love life. I love her humor and her message. It’s like reflecting with a friend. I loved the Ryder episode. It reminded me it did not have to be perfect, and it can be intentional.
