Meanwhile, another “mentally ill” teenaged boy mass murdered 17 students at his high school. What can Americans do to prevent mass shootings and gun violence from happening? Just make sure you honor Black Americans, unlike the Boston Police Dept. Even if the person they chose to celebrate helped the black community, was it insensitive that they chose someone white?
