    #6 - The Power of Showing Up for Yourself

    In this solo episode I yarn about the importance of showing up for yourself & how small steps are hero steps too. We often celebrate big milestones & the materialistic things we do for ourselves, however I am yet to see more people celebrate the power of just showing up for yourself in life. As a woman & a mother I know too well how easy it is to completely forget to take care of your needs because you're spending so much time looking after others. I want you to know that you get to show up for yourself in whatever capacity that aligns for you. Sometimes a Breathwork workshop is needed, sometimes a small quiet moment of meditation or even a cuppa & a yarn with a friend to share how your feeling does absolute wonders.  I hope this episode serves you wherever you are at in your life at the moment.
