    Welcome to Yesterday's Lunchbox, where we're big on people, stories, and food. We're combining all three by taking our guests on a trip down food memory lane, with one hope in mind - to reconnect with the experience of enjoyment with food. In a world loaded with diets, conflicting nutrition information, and the next wave of weight-loss programs, we've removed the joy that was meant to be experienced with food. Of course, food is required for basic nutrition and for our bodies to function. But I'm convinced something even more powerful happens when we allow ourselves to enjoy food without restriction. Join us as we connect with food memories of the past, as an encouragement for the future. We'll be releasing episodes every other week - subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts!
