While these traditions are powerful and deep, it is very easy for me to think, “Oh, I already know this.” And...after listening to this podcast for a few weeks now, I have come to realize once again (and I’m sure I will arrive at this place again in the future) that I am still a student. While I might be the one guiding a class of adults as well as children on a given day, the Teacher is also always learning from their Student(s).
This podcast has been an amazing reminder of humility and grace. Reminding me to slow down enough to be intentional with my actions, words, and why I choose to teach at all. Thank you both for taking the time, for yourselves and for the rest of us.
