Nice meditations, soothing voice. Could use more mixing to remove small clicks and mouth noises. I listen because I am desperate for sleep, so would prefer not being instructed to stay awake.

I listened to the second episode and it was an EXACT copy of someone else’s yoga nidra podcast. Like exact. That’s gotta be copyright infringement. 👎👎

I love her voice and I desperately need the stress reduction that is offered, but I won’t continue listening because of the strange subliminal “blurps” that randomly appear during the sessions.

Yoga Nidra for me is the ultimate in effortless mindfulness, relaxation and a good practice for mind and body. I like the method, the teacher guides voice and the results. I hope there will be more episodes.
