Maybe it’s because I’m also from KCMO but I’ve found myself really relating to Kala. Her advice has helped me deal with stress and understand to health benefits yoga can bring. Thank you so much for your inspiration! Update September 2020: thank you Kala for you post on the 3rd. I have stayed off of social media lately because the negativity seems to prevail. I can’t cope with life right now with such a toxic environment so I appreciate your statements asking, no telling, people to stop. In this current world we find ourselves in you are one voice that is a saving grace for my sanity. Take care.

kala is very well spoken. all of her episodes are captivating and thought-provoking. there are times when i want to laugh, and others when i want to cry. i usually listen in the mornings, so it’s a great way to start off my day. thank you kala for everything you do :)
