Instinctive & Engaging , Harbstreet is Intuitive Eating

Admittedly I was a complete novice about the genre of intuitive eating when I began listening to this show. Cara Harbstreet is an engaging host w/relatable guests. My personal favorite- Episode 12 w/Ryan Stock where the two explore the parallels of mindful living & intuitive eating. Such an interesting perspective on so many aspects of food, life & how we perceive ourselves.
