Thank you

I listened to my first episode from this podcast (Alison’s story) and feel grateful for her taking the time to share. Best mental health podcast episode I’ve listened to. Refreshingly real, from one survivor to another, rather than self-help pop psych cheer. Thanks :)

A chance to understand...

Once a week, I get a small glimpse into someone else’s story. This podcast is a window... a window which helps me have a broader understanding of mental illness, of treatment, and of life for so many folks in my community.

Together, using this podcast as a tool, we can end the stigma around mental illness and have a more empathetic, understanding view of the world and the people in it.
