The Magic of Somatic Healing

In this episode, my guest Kari and I talk all about the importance of healing the body, mind, and soul through somatic healing. Kari Whipkey is a mother of 4 amazing children, an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, body connection coach, and a medicine woman who has created a program supporting women healers, spiritual coaches reconnect back into their bodies through breath, sound and movement as well as using plant medicine to go deep into healing the emotional, mental and physical body. Kari has completed the Mind/Body Wellness certification through Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, as well as a Body Connection Coach certification through Pause Coaching.
