Your Brain on Hops

It’s great to hear a Buffalonian podcast about beer. Especially the last pod where the focus is on Buffalo beer. There’s so much going on in the Buffalo beer scene that people should learn about. I’m part of the production team at RNBC and loved hearing how you enjoyed the variety in our brewery filled with many styles of beer “Brewed Just A Little Different”. I was also pleased how you touched on the culture of Buffalo Brewery’s being supportive of one another. In my travels to other breweries outside our area I’ve learned that this is special and something we can tout as being a very Buffalonian trait. I fully believe that this trait will only make us brewers step our game up to provide all beer drinkers alike barrels of great product as well as an overall great experience when visiting any of the many tasting rooms around Buffalo. The guys know what they're talking about and make it interesting. They love beer and have a great chemistry. I literally laughed out loud AND learned stuff. Plus it makes me want to have a beer (doesn't take much)

The hosts bring up excellent points about the brewing process while maintaining a fun entertaining show. The different takes on Dogfish Head beers in relation to personal experiences was great. The personal of touch of those reflections added to the humor of the podcast. It is also interesting when the guys discuss other situations to pair beer to besides just food, such as sporting events, movies, etc. Very excited to see what these guys come up with next!
