Really enjoyed your episode featuring Jenna Roth. She is a soft warm light in this world. I traveled the path out of disease with her while recovering from COVID in early 2020. After a twenty year break up with yoga, I came back into the practice as a valuable tool in my recovery.

Thank you for featuring such a wonderful young woman. How fortunate you both were to have shared the Bali experience together.
