    By the end of this video, you will know my top secret plan to become a millionaire in 720 days. I am going to tell you my exact strategy. I discovered this opportunity back in 2020. I had lost a lot of the things that mattered most to me and the world felt like it was teetering on the edge of disaster. But then I realised that the stock market was about to collapse.     Why Investing in Twitter could MAKE YOU MILLIONS (& Elon musk)

    Ever thought about investing in Twitter? Maybe now is your opportunity... The company is in chaos. It's unclear what the future business model of Twitter will be. Revenues are falling. Musk can be a bit rogue. But Elon Musk has grand visions for Twitter. He wants to make it into an everything app. A bit like WeChat in China. Now if this is successful then this could drastically increase Twitters Market Cap. But here's some things to think about: 1. Twitter has a lot of debt. 2. Twitter has never really been very profitable. I don't think it has been profitable for 2 consecutive years ever. 3. Twitter is being rebranded to X... it's not clear that this rebrand is popular. 4. A new competitor to Twitter has emerged. 5. Advertisers don't seem to like Twitter as much anymore... because there is no longer much content moderation. 6. Elon Musk is running a lot of companies... does he have time for Twitter? By the way did you know that Twitter recently rolled out a new revenue sharing system. That's pretty cool. My opinion is that it's a high risk investment. I can see a way that it becomes a very good investment, but there is also a good solid chance that the company goes bankrupt. For me personally... I want to avoid high risk investments. Because if my investment goes to 0 (and Twitter could), then it will be very hard to make up for that loss with other investments. But I think it's an interesting Stock to watch.     Buy to Let is DEAD in the UK

    Buy to Let is dead... It used to be the cornerstone of any solid investment portfolio.. But since then legislation has streamed out that is 'anti-landlord', mortgage rates have gone through the roof and everyone started hating landlords. So I guess if you want to struggle financially and be hated by everyone then being a landlord is a good idea. The thing is... landlords are a fundamentally crucial part of society. What would happen if we suddenly got rid of all the landlords? There would be mass homelessness.. as there would be a complete lack of rental stock to accommodate people. Rents would go through the roof. If it were even possible to still rent a property. We need landlords.. so hopefully more balanced legislation will be on the way. BUT It's not all bad. Actually, there are ways to make good profits despite the rising mortgage rates (specifically to set up as a HMO). And there are ways that you can get around the legislation problem too. So you know how section 24 came out and created a rediculous tax situation for landlords where if you have multiple properties... you aren't able to fully claim back your mortgage interest as tax deductable. Therefore it is easily possible that you could make a loss, and yet still have to pay the government lots of money in tax?! Which makes no sense whatsoever. But anyway, there is a way around this. You can set up a limited company and use that to purchase your real estate. I think the reason that people hate landlords is because some bad actors have ruined the reputation of landlords, but it's a shame that people have such a sweeping generalised view of landlords. Many landlords are great people. Also they tend to be intelligent, because they realised that keeping your money in a savings account is not the best idea. In the UK people are celebrating, as if the Dalai Lama came to visit because inflation fell to 7.9%. Yeah… great… but… That’s the rate in which your savings are being compounded into the dust. 7.9%. I don’t care if it is 2%... That is the rate in which your legacy is being pounded to the ground. And what are you doing about it? Putting your money in the bank and hoping for the best is the same as jumping out of a plane with no parachute and crossing your fingers for a graceful landing… BUY ASSETS Alright Daddy, but buy what? Let’s try and find a solution that doesn’t involve you thinking too hard.. because I’ve got about as much faith in you running an investment portfolio as I do in Joe Biden running a country [insert clip of joe biden saying something that makes no sense] So when it comes to stocks you’ve got index funds. Yep, these are about as idiot proof as a bottle of medised. The average stock market return is about 10%... And your odds of beating the stock market by picking your own stocks is about the same as a blindfolded monkey managing to hit a bulls eye on a darts board. An index fund picks the Michael Jordan of Stocks for you automatically – like a robotic Simon Cowell meticulously selects the next big X-Factor star If stocks don’t tickle you… right in the soft bit under your armpit – you’ve got Crypto-Currency. I love crypto… but most of these projects are going to be worth about as much as my left fingernail when all is said and done. The most defensible thing you can do is stick to Bitcoin and Ethereum.. but your still about as safe as a world war I soldier eating moldy bread in a trench that is within artillery range of the german front. Just… Learn what the following phrase means: ‘not your keys… not your crypto’ and respect it – the same way that I respect you. That was a joke. Ok and then there was property. There’s a famous saying… property doubles every 10 years. It’s kind of true. It’s kind of not true. But what definitely doesn’t double every ten years is the number of brain cells inside your skull when you keep your cash in a savings account. So buy assets or face being perpetually trapped in the rat race… That hamster wheel will turn around and around, but you won’t get anywhere.     What if there was one asset that had the power to change the world. The asset is so powerful that it cannot be destroyed. It is inflation resistant... It can be transported across the globe in minutes... It can be used to pay for things... And you can buy it... Maybe you should? Well I don't know.. I'm not a financial advisor! But this is a good video for a bit of entertainment! No. Gold is for something else, it keeps your money safe from the eternal erosion from the most relentless force in the galaxy. Inflation. Let me explain this.. like I am talking to a three year old. The FED prints money, like a rabbit prints out furry companions. And every time a little furry companion emerges… it’s a little bit less special than the one before. “Hey! I like bunnies” Listen Dufus! I’m not talking about bunnies… I’m talking about cash. Your dosh is losing value because there is more of it. Look at this graph That’s right we are getting technical now Biznatches As supply increases prices fall… but when it comes to money the supply increase is money itself and the prices falling is the value of that money….
