Thought provoking

I wanted to download and play these podcasts for my daughter who struggles with her mindset on the field playing soccer. I listened to the latest episode about “who are you trying to please” and realized what a great reminder for me as a parent. We get worked up in the games focusing on getting the big win that sometimes we come across as disappointed at our players. It’s really helped me think about how I want my daughter to see me on the sideline. I wanted to show that I’m excited for her and her accomplishments no matter the outcome of the game.

Old NCAA athlete….

Honestly just listened to your first 2 episodes… I wish I had this when I was playing years ago! Athletes need to stop powering through and realize that their thoughts lead to most of their success! Thanks for your help!! This is a must listen for athletes and is amazing.
