On the Other Side of Fear: Fear of Sharing Your Own Story with Author and Mentor Samantha Houghton
In today's episode we are delving into the fear of BEING SEEN with author, ghostwriter and mentor, Samantha Houghton.
Samantha shares with us the fears of telling HER own story when she first started writing her book, The Invisible. Girl.
Admitted to a psychiatric unit at fifteen, Samantha continued to suffer throughout her adult life with feelings of self-hatred, fear, darkness and not knowing who she was. She used addictions to help her to cope on the outside when the inside was chaotic. She finally found healing and had a burning desire to share this with the universe to give love, hope and inspiration to others in pain.
Samantha shares her story graciously and as a mentor, now inspires others to write their own stories.

In 2018, Dr Gina Cody made a tremendous gift of $15M to Concordia's Faculty of Engineering, and became the first woman to have a faculty named after her in Canada and internationally.
