    In this podcast episode, we enjoyed interviewing Chip Conley, a highly successful entrepreneur, author, and speaker. Chip is best known for his work as Modern Elder Academy's (MEA) founder. This unique midlife wisdom school aims to redefine aging and unlock potential in individuals during their "Second Prime." With over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and hospitality, Chip has a wealth of knowledge and insights to share. He started his career by creating the boutique hotel chain Joie de Vivre Hospitality at age 26, which grew into a portfolio of over 50 properties globally. After selling the company in 2010, he became an Airbnb advisor and head of global hospitality and strategy. However, Chip struggled to discover purpose and direction as he entered his midlife years. This led him to embark on a journey of self-discovery and eventually to create the MEA. Through his own personal experiences and research, Chip realized that there was a lack of resources and support for individuals in their midlife years who were seeking personal growth and fulfillment.
