    This episode we welcome Ivet Dahl, personal trainer, Crossfit Coach and Sister to myself. Over the course of our conversation we talk origins of Make it Work Mama, her evolution in fitness as a mom to 3 boys and a wife. Ivet talks about how she used her social media to earn herself collaborations with brands like Born Primitive and collaborating locally to now be supported by some brands such as Whoop & Xendurance and countless other collaborations with fitness brands. Ivet’s personal brand Make it Work Mama has evolved over the years as she herself grows. In the past two years she has developed fitness guides such as the “4 Week Booty Building Guide” and her latest guide the “4 Week at Home Core-Dio Guide”.     This episode we welcome a long time friend of the Yuma Seen brand Author & Skateboarder Austin German. It has been quite a while since we have talked with Austin and since then he has moved North to Washington & has been pursuing his career as an author. Through the show Austin tells us all about his journey to the Pacific Northwest and all about the adversity he has faced in the past years that have lead him to some inspiration towards some of his new books. Since his Book Dead Diaries & Perennial Harvest he has gone on to write some of his newest books Lunar Dreams & shares with us the inspiration behind those books some of the new stuff he’s been working on and how life has been now as a Washington Native. We reminisce a bit on the old skateboarding days, relationships and little on life from perspective. This was a fun conversation and was honored to have him on our show.     Welcome Back Y'all! This episode of Yuma Seen is a solo show accompanied by my good friend and studio mascot Baby Yoda, aka Grogu (eh). This show we unpack feelings of comparison, and how although there are challenges to this action there can also be some benefit. Also we take some time to show some gratitude and shead some light on the things we are grateful for and lastly share some of the books & ideas that have helped us navigate through these types of emotions.
