KC Chinamom ,

Thank you!

Thanks so much for your helpful show. Two of my boys were recently diagnosed with HSD. One has POTS and the other has recently begun showing some symptoms as well . . . today’s episode provided just the info I needed to hopefully help keep his situation from escalating.

ZippyPup ,

Fantastic information!

I have scoured the podcast world and web for good information on hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos and how to practice yoga in a way that helps rather than damage my joints. So happy to discover this podcast!

Jill Miller on Nervous System Regulation for Bendy People

When I found out that Libby’s podcast was up and running, I binged on all 3 to make sure I was caught up! She’s such a fantastic mentor,
sooo smart, but knows how to make it accessible for whoever is in her audience. I love that she’s addressing hyper-mobility in this podcast, she's going to help so many people! I was very excited that Jill was her first guest (another fantastic and beloved mentor) because she understands these struggles inside and out. Such a great episode!
