Mindfulness and Money: From Fear and Anxiety to ”Enough”

Mindfulness and Money: From Fear and Anxiety to ”Enough”

Spencer Sherman joins Marc to talk about money, why so many people struggle with it, and why it's often the root of fear and anxiety, and a feeling that there is never enough, regardless of whether we make little or have great abundance. They discuss the power of "beginner's mind" or not knowing, and letting go of our fixed beliefs about money. Spencer leads us in a guided meditation on letting go of fear and cultivating a felt sense of "enoughness."

A wonderful way to learn and digest Zen teachings

I’ve been following Marc’s teachings and writings for years and am so happy he’s gifted us with this podcast. To have a weekly opportunity for listening and learning (and being reminded) of important Zen concepts is already helping my practice. The interviews are interesting, but Marc’s guided meditations and talks are the heart of this podcast. Each of them is a good length for digging into something important and I walk away from each episode with something to ponder or practice.

Grateful Harmony ,

Clear, calm and wise

Listening to Marc teach, lead meditation and speak with his guests is so calming for my body and so engaging for my mind. I feel better in my self and more connected to others after every episode. The Zen Bones podcast is a treasure in which anyone can take refuge, when ever or where ever they are. Listen to the deep wisdom for yourself. Share it with those you love and share a feeling of harmony and peace.
