Stephen Miran is a former senior advisor to the US Treasury Department, a senior strategist at Hudson Bay Capital, and a fellow at the Manhattan Institute. Later in the conversation, Cowen expounds upon the idea of property-owning democracy and why it is not as different from welfare state capitalism as some proponents would argue.
