    Zero Point Meditation

    Step one Prepare and Set Your Intention. Sit or stand in a comfortable position do not lie down. Think of a specific issue in your life that you would like to change and write it down in your journal so you can track your shifts later. Step two Center in Your Heart. Bring your awareness to your heart space take a few relaxing breaths and say aloud I am That I Am. Step three Align with the Zero Point. Say... Zero and feel yourself drop deeply into the center of your heart aligning with your internal zero light line. Step four Ground to the Earth. Say... Zero... ground. Visualize a bolt of light shooting directly out of your heart and into the center of the earth locking you in place like a massive grounding wire. Step five Connect to Source. Say... Zero... Source of all light I AM Now. Imagine another bolt of light shooting straight up into Source above you locking you in just as you did with the earth. Step six Invoke Source Code Zero. Bring your attention to the Source of all light above you and picture a huge... brilliant white zero spinning there. Command aloud Source code zero I AM Now. Step seven Visualize the Clearing. Watch in your mind's eye as the zero spins so fast it becomes a white blur. Visualize it dropping quickly down from above passing completely through your body and feet into the center of the earth and then bouncing back up to its original position like a boomerang. Step eight Expand Your Essence. Say... I am That I Am and take as much time as you need to feel yourself expanding into your true... pure essence. Step nine Activate the Divine Blueprint. Finally... say Divine Blueprint That I AM Now... zero. Watch the spinning zero repeat its boomerang path. This time... visualize it clearing your entire multidimensional self not just your human body and bringing in new information and healing directly from your soul's Divine Blueprint.
