Customer Reviews
The most inspiring and spectacular story-telling
The first time I'd ever listened to Criminal was on Spotify, and i'm still keeping it a habit because this show/podcast is so unique and somehow challenging to listen to. Each episode is a different story, some are mind-blowing, some remain calm but implicitly dark and uncovered, while some appear to be giving me a hard time to collect myself together because of how ... frightful some events could be. I was put on a rollercoaster coasting from one set of emotions to another and I love so much the way Criminal cares about each detail of the storytelling, the way you'd insert the introduction, the music, the accuracy of the moment somebody speaks or even the tone or color of the voices. And most important, Criminal has given me interesting facts and figures, introduced me to some incidents which shocked my mind because I'd never thought something like that or this would happen but it did and it demonstrated what kind of limit humans can reach. I also love how the stories were real and it's not like you'd be learning theoretical moral lessons like the fairy tales, but you're more likely to study the real events of the real world and always bear it in mind that "There's nothing we can't do". Humans are known to be brave, but sometimes I came across some stories which made me think: "These people are absolutely fearless". That explains why my favorite episode lately is "The Escape".
Thank you so much for making this happen and I wish the crew health and all the best things in the world!!
