I believe it has allowed us as humans to take an intricate look at ourselves as to where our behavioral patterns came to be. Regardless of your background, I believe that mental health keeps us in the same room with the same optimistic outlook on healing. By incorporating focus into mental health it comes with benefits and I want to discuss a few of those on this topic. So growing up, we saw different responses to behavior based on culture as well as lenient one’s parents were when it came to just being a kid. Certain things I would see done at my cousin’s house with his/her mom wouldn’t be the same fate at my parents’ house. I’d like to think that expressing one’s emotions varied depending on the circumstances presented. What emotions were you able to express in your family as you got older? I don’t have much expectations if any for the biopic coming out about Michael Jackson from an acting standpoint. There have been a few portrayals through the years that have been hit or miss, but that’s not what I want to focus on for this topic. I’d like to get down to what songs I’d love to hear on the movie. In some of those I found a very common trait leaving me as the common denominator nevertheless. They all came with their fears, concerns, even stalkers at one point. I started to do so when I got into improving my mental health and finding a sense of spirituality for myself. I’m actually still learning how to do so out loud.
