Shahnae Cutajar- When Dreams Change Direction

Send us Fan Mail What happens when the dream you've worked towards for years begins to change? In this episode, we sit down with a former professional dancer Shahae who has gone on to become a successful Pilates instructor and studio owner. Together, we have an honest conversation about what it really feels like to evolve your dream. We talk about the emotions that come with stepping into a new chapter—grief, excitement, uncertainty, fear and pride—and why it's completely normal to experience all of them at once. Changing direction doesn't mean you've failed, and it doesn't mean you have to leave your love for dance behind. Your dance career will always be part of you. The discipline, resilience, confidence and lessons you've gained don't disappear when one chapter ends—they become the foundation for whatever comes next. If you've ever questioned whether it's time to pivot, wondered what life after performing could look like, or felt guilty for wanting something different, this episode is your reminder that dreams are allowed to evolve. You don't have to quit your dream cold turkey. Sometimes, your next dream grows from the first one. Whether you're still performing, considering a career change, or simply navigating a new season of life, we hope this conversation reminds you that your story doesn't end when one dream changes—it simply begins a new chapter. Arna Singleton - The Power of Reinvention Part1

Send us Fan Mail This week Arna comes on the podcast and talks about the power of reinvention. This two part series dives deep into the idea that reinvention is more than change — it’s transformation. In this episode, we explore what it really means to step into a new version of yourself. Not by becoming someone else, but by evolving into who you’re meant to be. We talk about the layers behind growth — the mindset shifts, the inner work, and the courage it takes to face parts of yourself you may have avoided. Because real reinvention isn’t just external… it starts within. We also touch on the importance of your environment during these seasons of change. Who you surround yourself with can either support your growth or hold you back — and learning to choose alignment over comfort is part of the process. This episode is for anyone navigating change, chasing growth, or stepping into something new. Because reinvention isn’t about starting over — it’s about stepping forward with intention.
