The 5D Codes Podcast

Hi, I’m Sarah Theresa Lamb, creator of the 5D Codes Podcast. This project has been evolving within me for the past year. I’m following guidance from Source and the ET Beings, including the Blue Beings and the Pleiadian Light Collective, whom I channel. Each episode contains 5D activation codes—designed to help you step more fully into your authentic soul essence on this planet. We are in the Age of Aquarius, or New Earth– an era I call 5D consciousness. While some call this new phase “New Earth,” I ultimately chose the name 5D Codes for the podcast because the ET beings I work with describe it as a frequency humanity is adapting to on a massive scale. This podcast is about aligning with that frequency and understanding its profound impact. The conversations—whether between myself and other starseed friends or through solo channeling—may seem simple, but there’s more than meets the eye. Pay attention to the energy between the words. Our laguage is coded now and forevermore, carrying deeper vibrations that can’t always be explained. This podcast is like an energy session—it’s about the frequency as much as the words themselves. While the words may plant seeds of wisdom in your soul, the real transformation happens in the energetic space they hold. Here’s the truth, my fellow Lightworker: you already know everything. We made an agreement to forget our true nature when we came here to walk this Earth experience. But now it’s time to wake up—together. What an extraordinary, powerful moment this is. We are moving beyond polarity consciousness, stepping into the eternal now. No more labeling things as good, bad, or in between. It just is. Divine. Pure. Conscious.
