Best Podcast around

A couple of guys who know a hell a lot about exercise invite us to join their conversation. Whether you like crossfit, weight training, powerlifting, olympic lifting, sports nutrition, these guys cover it all. Seriously glad i found this podcast- and for anyone who is into this sort of thing, i can assure you, you will not be dissapointed!

Started listening a long time ago, they have gone through some transitions which wern't to be bad, but feel they lost some touch with their audience
