These Signs Reveal a Hidden Hormonal Imbalance

Did you know you can identify a hormonal imbalance just by looking in the mirror? In this video, I’ll share several visible signs of hormonal imbalance and the specific hormones they relate to. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain, acne, hair-thinning, or fatigue, know what to look for and what you can do about it. 0:00 Introduction: 7 signs of hormonal imbalance you can see 0:20 The thyroid gland 1:37 Androgens and hormone imbalance signs 2:40 Cortisol 3:07 High estrogen symptoms 3:55 Growth hormone and visible signs of hormone imbalance 4:38 Progesterone 4:56 Insulin Hormone imbalance signs are often very easy to detect, just by looking in the mirror! The thyroid gland is small but controls your digestive system and metabolism. If your thyroid hormones are too high, you may notice bulging eyes, a fast metabolism, significant weight loss, and excessive sweating. A hypothyroid will cause weight gain and hair loss. Around 90% of hypothyroidism is an issue related to the immune system called Hashimoto’s. If you have Hashimoto’s, you’ll want to avoid gluten and increase selenium and vitamin D3. Androgens include testosterone and DHT. High levels of androgens can cause acne, specifically around the jawline and on the back. Women may experience a deepened voice, increased facial hair, and may also notice hair thinning. Men with high androgens may experience balding. To keep your androgen levels normal, avoid carbohydrates, sugar, and starches, and avoid frequent eating. Also, use a high-quality water filter to avoid plastics. High cortisol symptoms include a round face (cortisol face), buffalo hump, and weight gain in the midsection. High cortisol can exaggerate stretch marks in women and speed up aging. High estrogen symptoms include a puffy face, spider veins, skin tags, and melasma. Low estrogen can make you appear older and cause wrinkles. Cholesterol is vital for estrogen production, so certain drugs and low-fat diets could cause your estrogen levels to decrease. When growth hormone declines, you may look older and gain weight in the midsection. Intense exercise for short durations, a low-carb diet, and more sleep can increase growth hormone. High progesterone is rare but can cause fluid retention. Low progesterone is much more common and can cause a puffy face. You might also appear dull and tired, and may experience acne. High insulin symptoms include belly fat, skin tags, and swollen eyes. Low insulin can cause excessive weight loss, cravings for carbs, and constant hunger. Sugar, starch, and frequent eating trigger insulin. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. How to Remove Skin Tags and Warts Overnight

I’m going to show you how to get rid of skin tags overnight. This will not only get rid of skin tags and warts, but it will also prevent them from coming back! Discover the best home remedy for skin tags that makes skin tag removal at home a breeze. 0:00 Introduction: Wart or skin tag removal at home 0:20 Differences between skin tags and warts 0:52 Insulin and skin tags 2:49 Lowering insulin to prevent skin tags 3:13 Warts and vitamin D 5:13 How to get rid of skin tags and warts Today, I’m going to share two effective home remedies for skin tags and warts. A wart is caused by the HPV virus, while skin tags usually occur in areas of friction. High insulin can increase one's susceptibility to skin tags. People with diabetes, overweight people, and women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing them. When you produce too much insulin over a period of time, you can develop insulin resistance. Too much insulin is caused by eating too many carbs or frequent eating. Insulin resistance makes it difficult to absorb glucose. Over time, this deprives your brain cells of fuel, leading to memory problems, concentration problems, and early dementia. The solution is to give your body an alternative fuel source, such as ketones, fatty acids, and protein. To do this, lower your carbs and do intermittent fasting. This will lower insulin and prevent growths like skin tags and warts. A virus that comes out of remission can create warts if your immune system is compromised. Sufficient vitamin D can support the immune system and put these viruses back in remission. Take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially in winter. Povidone iodine is an excellent remedy for skin tags. It has potent antiviral and antimicrobial properties, so it’s also good for warts. Iodine dissolves the protein in the skin tag and acts as a dehydrator. Garlic contains allicin, a powerful antiviral compound effective against warts. Because it’s often difficult to differentiate between warts and skin tags, add garlic to ensure your remedy is effective. Crush one clove of garlic and combine one drop of garlic with one drop of iodine. Apply the mixture to your wart or skin tag and cover it with a band-aid. Repeat this every day until your skin tag or wart is gone. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Big Pharma Pays Big $$$ to Social Media Influencers (You'll Never Guess Who)

Your favorite social media influencers might be under the influence. Discover the truth about Big Pharma and the social media influencer marketing corruption tactics they use to spread health misinformation online. Don’t let Big Pharma influencers affect your health choices! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma exposed 0:55 How Big Pharma buys influencers 1:24 Big Pharma corruption and lack of trust 2:24 How Big Pharma controls the media 7:11 How to identify health misinformation online 11:36 Myth-busting online Did you know that Big Pharma and Big Food buy social media influencers? These social media health gurus influence what you eat, the decisions you make about your health, and attempt to invalidate other health influencers and information. As Big Pharma loses public trust, it turns to social media influencers to try to regain it. Since 2000, penalties for Big Pharma have totaled over $126 billion. Sixty billion of that was related to patient injury and harm. Modern medicine, with the help of Big Pharma, has shifted its focus from health to profit. Approximately 90% of the media on TV is funded by Big Pharma. This is also true for digital marketing. On average, social media influencers are paid $20 to $25 per 1,000 views. If that influencer has more trust, they can make 8 to 12 times this amount. Based on my trustworthiness and credibility, I could be paid between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 60- to 90-second post. Big Pharma goes through PR firms to connect with social media influencers. These influencers are required to disclose that they’re being paid, but many of them do not. People like Dr. Mike recommend medicine and vaccines yet claim Big Pharma is not paying them. Dietitians for larger agencies, such as the American Beverage Association and the Canadian Sugar Institute, have gotten into trouble with the FTC for being paid to share dietary advice without disclosing their financial ties. It’s often difficult to determine whether Big Pharma is influencing health information online, but examining the intention can sometimes help. Are they recommending fewer ultra-processed foods and chemical drugs, or more? Check out their funding. Is it coming from Big Food or Big Pharma? This is a big sign that they’re being influenced.
