You want to listen to Found My Fitness if information on the actual science behind nutrition, health & longevity is your thing (as opposed to mere shallow sound-bite info). I wish Dr Rhonda could re-write the entire internet’s content. Dr Rhonda ticks all boxes by supplying both “shallow” descriptions of bodily mechanisms & latest findings *and* more detailed explications. Really great way to expand even very limited knowledge, listen & learn some! Really interesting interviewees too. Thanks Dr. Rhonda.
