    When the vision pulls

But the idea of "2020 vision" and "clarity" that we started the year with hasn't been disproven... Think about it... much more clearly are we seeing the world now? the structures that we are dismantling... the new insight we have into what we hold dear and what makes us happy... it's all there. We are in the middle of a rebirth. The universe is constantly putting us in painful situations in order for us to grow. Now is the time. The vision that you have for your life and your world can pull you through this time. It's already happening. Make sure you hold onto it and let it guide you to the version of yourself that you need to become.

    What's my next move?

    Now that the dust is beginning to settle we can see that the world and everything in it has changed. People have changed. Landscapes have changed. Rules have changed. Rights are, and will, be changing too. So for my entrepreneurs stepping back into their business are begging the question, "What's my next move?" Well dear, the same way we can see and feel change all around us, we need to look within our selves to see what has changed and how that shift will guide your next steps. Ask yourself, what is your "why?" Has it changed? Why did it change? How will you use this to better serve your clients/audience now? As always it comes down to a point of reflection. Find the fuel for what you do within yourself. After that, you can always come to me to keep you on track ;)

    Working at home or at home working?

    It feels like the finish line for quarantine keeps getting pushed back. Some of you might have started already, some of you might still be waiting for the green light, and some of you might be facing the reality that your workplace has forever changed. Businesses like Shopify for example have committed to remote work indefinitely. So as we realize that this may not be as temporary as we thought and business needs to push forward, let's take a second to talk about the dichotomy of working at home, and feeling at home working. How can you create the mental, emotional, and even physical cues in your work life to help create boundaries and balance with your personal life? *spoiler alert* with all things, it's all about the feelings you trigger that will make all the difference.

    Importance

    When everything you're doing seems to carry the same weight of importance, it's hard to keep your priorities straight and feel that you're giving your all where it counts. Stop. Take stock of what tasks you're trying to complete in any given day or week and realize what things are REALLY important to you. What purpose is this task serving? Whether it be work, your kids, or your relationship, the important things deserve your uninterrupted attention. Don't spread yourself too thin or make promises that you can't keep. Make sure that the important people in your life understand that they DO hold that special space in your life and that you are carving out time specifically for them! Even if you can't give them 100% of your attention 100% of the time, letting them truly understand that they are seen, heard, and loved will help in those moments that your attention is needed elsewhere. As women may wear many hats, but you can only put them on one at a time!

    On the cusp of greatness

    Greatness isn't simply given. It doesn't fall into your lap. It may come at an unexpected time, but greatness is never fully realized until you take action. So if you're in the midst of a major energetic change will you know what to do? Can you recognize when greatness is upon you? If you can, do you know how you'll react? In this week's episode, I talk about the instinctual reactions people have to such major moments of up-leveling - flight, fight, and fear - and what happens when you sit in each. I know I have!

It took some major self-growth before I was able to step out on my own and start my own business. In this week's episode, I'm sharing a little piece of my entrepreneurial journey with you; how I had to lose, and lose, and lose in order to finally win on my own terms!
