🚨 CHP Speed Crackdown, Live Compton Chase & 7-Eleven Robberies

Tim Conway Jr. Hour 2 (4.28) 🎙  🚔 Conway kicks things off with major L.A. traffic chaos as authorities shut down both sides of the 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles, creating a nightmare during the afternoon rush. The CHP is also launching a statewide speed crackdown, so lead-foot drivers might want to cool it.  🏪 Plus, at least two 7-Elevens were robbed overnight, adding to a busy crime-news day across Southern California.  🏍️ Then it’s live chase time as a motorbike pursuit in Compton unfolds in real time. Nothing says L.A. radio like breaking freeway news and a live chase at the same time.  🌮 Conway also dives into Latino Dining Week, giving people a chance to check out a huge variety of Latino restaurants across California from May 12–24. Meanwhile, Anaheim Stadium apparently has a rodent infestation, because why not?  🏃‍♂️ And in sports insanity, Kenyan runner Sabastian Sawe reportedly runs a marathon in 1:59:30 at the 2026 London Marathon, with another runner also coming in under two hours. That’s a ridiculous 4:34 per mile pace.  🙏 Finally, Conway checks back in on the latest from the 101 Freeway jumper situation, talks about people who are struggling, and shares a great John Krasinski story.  #ConwayShow #TimConwayJr #KFIAM640 #LAtraffic #101Freeway #CHP #ComptonChase #BreakingNews #LosAngeles #7Eleven #LatinoDiningWeek #AnaheimStadium #LondonMarathon #SoCalNews #DingDong #LAChaos #ClickHere #YouWontBelieveThis  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

🦈 SoCal Shark Surge, Valley Break-Ins & the End of the Vegas Buffet Era!

Tim Conway Jr. Hour 2 (4.27) 🎙  The 7pm hour kicks off with listener Bobby Krause dropping a brand-new Monday theme song: “Misfits of Radio” 🎶 — and then Conway dives straight into the water, where Great White sharks are showing up along the Southern California coast. And heads up: if you accidentally hook one, you better release it immediately… because fishing for sharks can land you in serious trouble. Yes, we’re talking possible jail time! 😳  🚨 Then it’s all about the break-ins across the Valley and Hollywood — Lake Balboa, Panorama City, Burbank, Hollywood — and Conway wonders: could there be an insurance scam angle here? Plus, Lake Balboa is still trying to take the stink off Van Nuys, and the neighborhood jokes are flying.  🏡 In Hollywood, neighbors helped stop a burglary in progress, and the Laurel Canyon Corridor fire and crime patrol is not messing around. After reports of a woman in her 70s being strangled during a robbery, Conway asks the important question: are the canyons having turf wars?! And yes, he reveals his favorite canyon from his limo-driving days: Laurel Canyon, baby! How did the Foosh do at PizzaFest?!  🥊 Plus, Morgan Cook makes his debut fight, loses by decision, but still throws down like a champ. And in Vegas, another classic Strip tradition bites the dust as the MGM Grand buffet closes, marking the end of an era for all-you-can-eat glory.  #ConwayShow #TimConwayJr #KFIAM640 #SoCalSharks #GreatWhiteSharks #ValleyCrime #LakeBalboa #VanNuys #HollywoodCrime #LaurelCanyon #CanyonCoalition #VegasBuffet #MGMGrand #MisfitsOfRadio #ClickbaitChaos #PizzaFest  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

🚇 Metro’s Big D Line Drop, $50 Movie Tickets & Air Taxis Are Coming for Your Car!

Tim Conway Jr Show Hour 3 (4.27) 🎙  🚇 Big Metro News, Air Taxis & the Future of Driving!  The 8pm hour kicks off with some Big Ass Metro News — the D Line opens May 8th, and Conway is already looking ahead to the next transportation shakeup: air taxis. Could driving be obsolete in 50 years? Or will we all still be stuck behind someone doing 42 in the fast lane? 🚗💨  🎬 Then it’s movie sticker shock as Regal Cinemas tests $50 opening-night tickets for Dune: Part Three in 70mm IMAX. Is this the future of luxury moviegoing… or just another reason to stay home with that 86-inch Vizio TV from Walmart for $598? Meanwhile, CHP is blanketing the highways with FAST units hunting for speedsters going over 100 mph. Slow down, ding dong! 🚨  ✈️ Plus, the “SkyNook” aircraft seat wants to turn the dreaded last row of the plane into a private little sanctuary. And in actual airplane drama, a woman gives birth on a Delta flight — because apparently the friendly skies are now also the maternity ward.  🤕 Conway also gets into headache causes and treatments, followed by a Bellio birthday re-enactment that goes exactly how you’d expect. And finally, the new Michael Jackson biopic Michael hits the conversation, with Jaafar Jackson playing the King of Pop in a film covering everything from the Jackson 5 days to his 1980s solo superstardom.  #ConwayShow #TimConwayJr #KFIAM640 #MetroNews #DLine #AirTaxi #FlyingCars #DunePartThree #IMAX #RegalCinemas #CHP #Speeders #SkyNook #DeltaFlight #MichaelJackson #JaafarJackson #RadioChaos  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Tim Conway Jr. Hour 4 (4.27) 🎙  🎶 Mixed Reviews, Monday Night Theme Drama & Conway’s Future Golden Mike!  The 9pm hour kicks off with listener reaction to the brand-new Conway Monday Night Theme — and let’s just say the reviews are mixed! 😬 But don’t worry, everyone is already waiting to hear what the Tuesday night theme sounds like. Meanwhile, Conway wonders if the housekeepers could be working from the inside, and Thomas Jones from Fullerton checks in with questions for Tim.  🤖 Then things get wild as Conway says AI may now own the Monday Night Theme, which sounds about right in 2026. Plus, the crew talks Cole Tomas Allen, flying cars, and whether the future is finally showing up… or just getting weirder.  🏆 Conway may have a Golden Mike in his future, and the guy's dive into The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, along with the ways Conway somehow inspires people while pretending not to.  🎭 Plus, a big shoutout to Jim Meskimen — son of Happy Days legend Marion Ross — comedian, impressionist, and voice actor with nearly 40 years in the business. Conway also shows off that famous humility, gives love to Aron Bender, and remembers Bender’s musical talent. The Foosh Living & Lovin’ Large coming to The food Network this fall   #ConwayShow #TimConwayJr #KFIAM640 #MondayNightTheme #AIMusic #FlyingCars #GoldenMike #HappyDays #JimMeskimen #MarionRoss #AronBender #RadioChaos #MisfitsOfRadio #ClickbaitRadio  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
